Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time of our professional cleaning team. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
48-Hour Notice Required
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us enough time to reassign our cleaning professionals to other clients.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the service cost, whichever is less.
Same-Day Cancellations & Lockouts
If our team arrives at your home and is unable to access the property (lockout), or if the service is canceled upon arrival, a full charge for the scheduled service may apply.
Please ensure that we have correct access instructions (gate codes, lockbox codes, or a hidden key) if you will not be home during your appointment.
Rescheduling Policies
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
For recurring clients, frequent reschedules may affect your recurring discount rate if the gap between cleanings extends beyond your normal frequency period.
